Marshall Lyon uses his 38 years of experience in the Mailing, Print and Envelope business to fulfill his role as Executive Advisor at United Mail. Marshall draws on his experience serving on a Special Committee with The United States Postal Service to inform his research on postal trends and analysis. He has worked with the industries largest and most innovative organizations as Operations Vice President, General Manager, E.V.P. Business Development, and Chief Strategy Officer.

Mr. Lyon has used his vast knowledge of print and mail technology to serve as Director of the National Association of Presort Mailers where he advised on the proper verification procedures for the Presort Industry. Marshall is a proud father and grandfather who also enjoys competitive Bass fishing. He is a lifelong resident of Tennessee, Go Vols!

Prior to her work at United Mail, Dayna has held sales and marketing roles at Quad/Graphics (Milwaukee, Los Angeles, Boston, Washington, D.C.), Hennegan, and Fetter Group in addition to starting her own companies. Her vast experience in the printing industry has led Dayna to advocate for inclusive corporate cultures that attract customers AND attract talent. She is passionate about unleashing sales mindsets, the art of the referral, prospecting, social media for sales, and helping people realize their greatest potential. Dayna believes that hiring people smarter than you is the strategy for long term success.
